Michigan Home & Community Services Network (MHCSN) is a diverse network of five agencies serving the lower peninsula of the state of Michigan. MHCSN was founded on the principle of “offering individuals choice” in who should deliver the services they need to live in the community. Each of the 5 network agencies provide unique services to the communities they serve. We take our collective diverse experience in health care, mental health services, rehabilitation, nursing, and community based social services to drive innovation in service delivery.

The Information Center
The Information Center, located in Taylor MI is dedicated to serving the residents of southeast Michigan. Our mission is to connect people in need with human resource services that can address their needs and improve their lives. Since 1975, we have been empowering individuals in our community, providing assistance to parents, seniors, pregnant women, job seekers, and more. Each person we assist is deeply important to us, and our staff strives to deliver high-quality service with every call.
